You can expect your order will be delivered to you in 2-6 business days.   Most packages to be delivered to their destination within 1-5 business days from the ship date. And most orders are shipped from our warehouse in Pennsylvania within 2 business days of placing the order. (Gift Wrapping may delay out going orders one day.)

NON US - Priority Mail Based on order weight and address
  • Must be used for any address outside of the  US.
  • USPS International Priority Mail Service.
  • Transit Times Varies usually 6-10 days does not include customs delays.

  • Receiver responsible for tariffs and or duties charged.

Can I get it faster ? We do ship UPS Next Day, Second Day and Third Day Select. Also we can ship USPS Express Mail (1 or 2 day service, USPS determines shipping time) and Priority Mail (2 or 3 day service).  We are limited by the shipper service areas therefore not all services are available to all locations.  (No UPS upgrade services to Hawaii & Alaska).  Click on UPS transit map above to see standard UPS ground transit times.  NY and NJ and more ships in 1 day.  Please note that during the Holiday season, UPS Ground transit times are not guaranteed.
 
How much will it cost to upgrade my shipping option? That depends on the ship to address and the weight of the package.  On the Shopping Cart you can get a quote for shipping upgrades.  Select UPS Ground and you will be given a table with the UPS transit days. Days do not include weekends or UPS holidays. Here is an example shown:

At this time we can only price out the UPS shipping charges.  For USPS shipping options, you must select the desired shipping method and proceed through checkout.  You can always change the shipping method later in the check out process.
 
Will you give me the tracking number when you ship ? In most cases, we do provide you with the UPS tracking number or USPS delivery confirmation number the day we ship.  You will receive an email from us  alerting you that the order was shipped with the tracking number.    In a few cases, we may have the manufacturer ship directly to you.  We will inform you if the product is not being shipped directly from our warehouse.
 
Do you ship internationally ? Yes, we do.  It can be difficult to calculate shipping costs at time of checkout.  We will always be happy to quote the different shipping options and their associate costs for based on any given order.
 
Do you ship to POs  and APOs ? Yes we do.  Please select Priority Mail as your shipping option.

UPS/USPS Undeliverable Packages and Refused Packages - If your order is returned to us by UPS or USPS because the delivery was rejected, refused, the package was unclaimed or the shipping address you provided at the time of your order was incorrect, the return shipping fees charged to us by the shipper (UPS or USPS), in addition to the original shipping costs and the 10% restocking fee, will be deducted from any refund amount. If you decide you want us to re-ship your previously undeliverable order, we will only do so after charging your credit card for a second set of shipping fees to cover the costs of the repeat outbound shipment.
