Gift Returns: We only credit the original payment source. You may return for store credit or exchange. Email us for an exchange form detailing the credit available for the return. Email address:

Coopersburg Equestrian guarantees your satisfaction with a 30-day money-back guarantee (less shipping and handling and exceptions listed below). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us by email to obtain a return authorization number and any additional instructions. The item(s) must be in a new and unused condition. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price; however, you will not be refunded shipping & handling costs.

Refunds: Refunds (less shipping and handling) will be issued for the purchase price for returned merchandise provided that the merchandise is in resalable condition when it is returned and that the merchandise is returned within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice (receipt). If an order received a free or discounted shipping fee, we will recover our normal rate for shipping the original order. Sale/clearance items and items sold "AS IS" are not refundable. Special purchase items may have refund restrictions.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange any of the items that you ordered, you must contact us within 30 days from the ship date on your invoice (receipt). Freight charges will be applied to any exchange and must be paid in full before exchanged merchandise is shipped.

Damaged/Defective Item: Damaged or defective merchandise should be reported to us as soon as possible. We will arrange for the return and/or replacement for items that were received either defective or damaged. Purchaser must participate in any claim process to qualifiy for relief of damages that may occur during shipment.

Non-received/Received Wrong Item: If your order was incomplete or if you received something that you did not order, please contact us immediately. We will need to know what item(s) you received in error, if any and what item(s) were missing from your order. We will make all necessary arrangements to correct your order.

Nonrefundable: Customized products, Clearance Items, “AS IS”, Gift Wrapping, Shipping and handling fees.

Gifts may be exchanged; received store credit or the original payment source will be credited.

Free Shipping Offers:  Purchaser is responsible for actual shipping costs if the original order qualified for free shipping.

Easy Returns: Prior authorization not required. Just return your NEW, UNUSED merchandise. If your product is not in NEW RESELLABLE Condition, then do not return the product to us. Used items will be discarded without refunds.

Include your name and order number or reference number from the packing slip. We cannot refund monies if we don't know who returned the item.

Returns shipments should be insured for your protection.   We are not responsible for lost and damaged packages being returned to us.  Items must be in resalable condition.


If you should return an item without a prior authorization number, there may be a delay in crediting your account.
