I placed an order, now what happens.
  • An email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.

  • We will attempt to ship your order within 1 business day.  If any item is on back order, we will notify you via email.  

  • An email will be sent with the shipping  information once your order is shipped.

 
I emailed you a question, and I never received an answer. Please check your antispam folder.  We send emails with the return address of :
Check you email settings and setup our email address on your 'allowed list' of email addresses.  We only use this address for support issues and not for sales promotions.

We respond to all messages relating to orders, but not to all emails since many are solicitations.

 
Do you have a catalog ? We do not have a print catalog at this time.
 
What does it mean when the shopping cart indicates that the item is out of stock ? We have a inventory tracking system built into the shopping cart.  If the online inventory indicates that the item is out of stock, then it may not be available for immediate shipping.  feel free to email us and check on any item's availablity.
 
What do I do if my package arrives damaged ? If your order was damaged in shipping, keep all packing materials and please following the instructions by clicking here
 
Shopping Cart will not allow me to enter multiple items.  How do I change that? We use Yahoo Shopping for our store.  Yahoo requires that the shopper's internet browser permits 3rd party cookies.  For instructions on allowing 3rd party cookies, please see Cookie Troubleshooting Guide to resolve the problem.
 
What happens is my item is on backorder ? We will notify you via email and give you an expected ship date.  You may cancel your order at anytime prior to us shipping the order.
 
I have a line of products that you might be interested in reselling. We don't sell previously own products. We can not offer any assistance with estimates of value. But we are always looking for quality new lines of equestrian gift items.   Please contact us about your product line.
 
Could you provide a donation to our organization ? We do not response to the many requests for product donations.  We do support our local equine organizations.
   
Do you sale wholesale ? We are not currently setup for wholesale accounts.
